Katie poses in jean shorts for the photographer, takes her top off and shows off her legs and bare feet a lot. The guy eventually chloroforms her and we see her flailing legs kicking for a few seconds as she struggles before she succumbs. The next scene opens with Katie already tied, spread, naked, with a gag in her mouth, and leaning against the killer. She wakes up and realizes what's going on, sees a camera filming her in the room, and starts going crazy trying to free herself. The killer gropes and fondles her from behind for several seconds, hands groping her breasts, up and down her body, kissing her shoulders a little as she protests. Finally, he takes the gag out of her mouth and she starts to scream her head off as he readies the ligature in his hands in front of her terrified face. She struggles like crazy, completely helpless, as he wraps the rope firmly around her neck, and pulls it with both hands as he begins to strangle her.

The kill begins with a lot of anger and denial. Katie’s struggle is crazy intense at this point, twisting, turning, cursing, gritting her teeth and growling as she pulls hard, her struggle is all over the place.  She uses her whole body to try and free her wrists and ankles with her squirming. She really wants to live and fights hard, with occasional bursts of energy throughout the kill. Her feet are very, very expressive, as she violently jerks her legs in an effort to get free.

A couple of minutes in, her anger shifts to that level of terror, like she’s almost ready to cry. She gets another burst of energy as the look of panic on her face reaches its peak, like - “oh my god, this is it, I’m going to die". Finally, her terrified eyes lose focus and her constricted expression shows how much she’s suffering in her last moments as her energetic struggle becomes long, hard pulls to free herself that just get weaker and weaker, with her expressive feet still trying to hang on to life as her face transitions into her dead blank stare as her tensed-up body trembles a little as it stops moving and her feet gently relax.

The killer violently rings her neck a bit to ensure she’s dead. We are left with a nice shot of her spread lifeless body and blank, dead expression.

Once she’s completely lifeless, the killer fully gropes her from behind in his embrace, hands groping her breasts and up and down her body as he kisses her shoulder. He then gets up and he unties her legs only, gets back on the bed on his knees and fucks her body as he kisses her feet a little. Finally, she is completely untied and left laying on her stomach with her head turned to the side.
