How to Download
After your script details are confirmed and you have placed your order, you will receive an email with a link to download the video. The download link (highlighted in purple) will be located next to the title of the movie; simply click the "download" icon and wait for the entire movie to download completely prior to opening it for the first time.
Common download issues:
1. Not enough available disk drive storage on the computer
2. Active firewalls are present blocking the download
3. Not allowing the content to download completely prior to the first viewing
4. Browser incompatibilities/ switch browser
If download issues persistent, contact us directly to describe the problem/error messages that you are receiving; screenshots are quite helpful. (what operating system, what browser)
What You Need to Know:
1. We highly recommend each customer save his or her movies after downloading to an external storage device to avoid download expiration.
2. Nothing will be received by physical mail or package unless exclusively authorized by the client. (Flash memory)
3. Client credit card/bank statement will be billed by PTF Com LLC. There will not be any record of psycho-thrillers throughout any transaction. We respect client privacy.
